As Business Development Coordinator, Keri’s primary responsibility is to promote the LifeHealth brand by supporting the strategic business development and future operational activities of LifeHealth and our business partners.
Keri’s experience includes four years with Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA, a BC/BS Licensee), as a Branch Manager specializing in all lines of health insurance and working closely with the BC/BS members on Kauai. She moved into a Provider Engagement role on Maui to work closely with physicians and their practice staff on new electronic systems, rolling out a pilot quality program, staffing support and contracting. Keri focuses on innovative provider network collaborations comprised of small provider organizations as well as clinically integrated systems as a Strategic Relationship Manager.
Keri’s diverse background includes 14 years of non-profit experience in Hawaii. She worked as the Director of Kauai County Operations for Goodwill Industries of Hawaii developing and implementing statewide Human Services Programs to include vocational rehabilitation, dual-parent households, low income and the non-citizen population. In this role, Keri was responsible for analyzing county goals, funding limitations, state contract renewals and ensuring procedures and allotment of available resources. Prior to that, she worked as the Director of the American Red Cross on Kauai where her primary focus was volunteer recruitment and training for disaster preparedness with the Department of Health, Medical Reserve Corp., Civil Air Patrol, Fire Department, Civil Defense and National Guard.
Keri enjoys continually learning in an everchanging, fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service while creating valuable provider relationships.
Keri holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.Back to List
