Tracy Williams, Vice President of Human Capital, leads our human resources, recruiting and credentialing assuring that LifeHealth delivers the best people for our government and commercial clients. Tracy’s progressive experience includes recruitment and retention, credentialing, planning, scheduling, training development, budgeting, project management, conflict resolution, change management, benefits administration and employee and labor relations. Coupled with her deep industry knowledge, and experience in federal government contracting, Tracy is uniquely qualified to manage the high-energy world of human capital at LifeHealth.
Tracy has more than 20 years’ experience in human capital with 14 of those specific to federal government contracting. She brings wide-ranging knowledge of day-to-day operational activities and functions for healthcare services government contracts and task orders with the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Veteran’s Administration and many other federal and state government agencies. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland University College.
Prior to joining LifeHealth, Tracy served as a member of the executive management team for several small and large federal government contractors managing all aspects of its human capital functions.
