Joanne Swaby joins the LifeHealth team as a Sourcing Specialist with seven years of successful experience in Talent Acquisition and advising. Acquiring her experience from various industries to include pharmaceutical, technical, sales and others – she brings a dynamic background to the organization. Joanne is a strong believer that a great Sourcer can identify talent using innovative sourcing techniques. She excels in non-traditional sourcing methods, navigating various applicant tracking systems, and leveraging job boards and social media. Joanne also brings to the team marketing skills gained while working for companies such as FOX Sports, and a brief stint in as Content Writer. She holds a Mass Media degree from Valdosta State University.
