Erin Hastings, Human Resources Generalist, assists with all aspects of the Human Resources department making sure all employees of LifeHealth have the information and tools they need to be successful in their roles. She brings to the team over 10 years of diverse Human Resources experience from her previous roles in HR working in the hospitality and manufacturing industries. Erin’s areas of subject matter are employee relations, performance management, policy and handbook development, benefits administration, employee retention and engagement, along with training and development.
Erin is passionate about Human Resources and helping her team and leaders learn and grow while cultivating a culture of positivity. She believes in contributing to the business partnership through innovative recommendations, providing candid and empathetic feedback aligned with the company’s strategy in order to effectively impact the bottom line.
