Charmaine Femster is the Program Coordinator for Provider Relations team at Life Health. She brings over 20 years experience in healthcare operations and management to include development and implementation of policies and procedures surrounding state and commercial reimbursement models.
Working in a variety of healthcare settings, she brings to the team her expertise in both clinical and administrative workflows along with experience as an Allied Healthcare Instructor and co-writer of the medical assistant and medical billing programs for her local area’s adult education and community college.
A Detroit native, Charmaine currently lives in the state’s capitol, Lansing, MI with her husband, children and two dogs.
