Staffing Administrator and Recruiter

As Staffing Administrator and Recruiter, Nikole is LifeHealth’s first point of contact for our new PRN staff nationwide. She uses strategic research methods to locate and recruit staff across the country. Upon screening and recruiting of PRN staff members, she then aids them from start to finish in the onboarding process- helping to ensure that all newly hired staff are provided with a checklist of necessary steps to becoming a successful LifeHealth employee.

Nikole is also responsible for ensuring that all PRN staff files and credentials are up-to-date, and provides our current staff members with information on new staffing opportunities as they arise. With a positive attitude, outstanding organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail- Nikole maintains a close relationship with over 700 LifeHealth employees across multiple states, and works diligently to ensure a smooth-flowing staffing process for all upcoming clinics and events.

Nikole holds an Associate’s Degree from the University of South Carolina and is working on completing her PATH certification to graduate as an Equine Assisted Therapist. She comes to LifeHealth with over 12 years of experience in Administration Management, and resides on the East coast with her four children. In her spare time- she enjoys spending time with her family, going on new adventures with her loved ones, and horseback riding.
