Hologic Sahara Bone Sonometer

LifeHealth DermAnalysis

Spirometry
Spirometry is the most basic and frequently performed test of pulmonary (lung) function. A device called a spirometer is used to measure how much air the lungs can hold and how well the respiratory system is able to move air into and out of the lungs. Because spirometry is based on a maximal forced exhalation, the accuracy of its results are highly dependent on the patient's understanding, cooperation, and best efforts.
Spirometry is a test that helps measure the health of your lungs. To perform the test, a person inhales deeply, closes the mouth tightly around the tube connected to the spirometry machine and then exhales through the tubing while measurements are taken. . The volume of air inhaled or exhaled, and the length of time each breath takes are recorded and analyzed. The test takes a few minutes and the results are immediately available.
Resting Metabolic Rate 
LifeHealth uses the MedGem indirect calorimeter, which is a FDA 510K-cleared Class II medical device that accurately measures oxygen consumption (VO2) to determine resting metabolic rate (RMR)*. The measurement is easy to administer and provides accurate results in only a few minutes. The easy to use device allows for personalization and accurate development of individual nutrition and weight management goals. The person testing must be fasting, not exercising the day of the test and not using nicotine. After the test, a health professional explains the results and how the information can be used to monitor caloric intake and exercise.
Cholestech LDX system 
Cholestech LDX system offers a quick, accurate way to obtain lipid profiles from one sample, on a single test cassette. You can choose from total cholesterol, total and HDL cholesterol, and full lipid profile. Total cholesterol, total and HDL cholesterol and full lipid profile cassettes are available with or without glucose. The equipment is small, reliable and portable and comes with a printer.
