• Retired from a wonderful nursing career after 38 years
• Worked in orthopedics, psychiatry, critical care, and cardiac rehabilitation
• Specialized in cholesterol management and ran lipid clinic for cardiology practice for 10 years.
• Love working out in the community with LifeHealth
• Enjoy traveling throughout the U.S., reading, scrapbooking and needlework

Katy Woodall, RN, MSN 

• MSN degree in Health Maintenance and Wellness Promotion with an emphasis in Critical-care Nursing
• Retired Lieutenant-Colonel Army Nurse Corps
• Enjoy traveling and playing golf
• 38 years experience in critical-care nursing

Nancy Komatz, RN

• Worked as pediatric nurse at the Children’s Hospital in Denver for 20 years
• Specialized in neurotrauma/rehabilitation, orthopedics, neurosurgery
• Clinical nurse specialist for outpatient rehabilitation clinic at Children’s Hospital
• Degree in speech pathology and audiology
• Enjoy traveling with family, skiing and Sudoku
